Metered Rate

• Price per mile: $2.60 Cash / $3.00 Credit
• Minimum cash fare: $8.84 ($12.44 with tax and fees)
• If your pickup and drop-off are both outside of city limits, fare begins 3 miles from center of Ashtabula City.
• For fares greater than 100 miles, pickup and return-cab mileage is charged at a rate of $1.00 per mile, beginning and ending 3 miles from center of Ashtabula City.

Wait time rate

• First 5 minutes at first stop FREE.
• All other wait time: 50 cents per minute.

Special Rate to Cleveland Airport

• A flat rate of $175 + $15 fuel surcharge for fares going from "Ashtabula City" to Cleveland Airport.
• The boundary for flat rate requires the pickup be within 3 miles from the center of the city.
• For pickups outside of the boundary, fare will be calculated as either standard rate, or flat rate plus standard rate from pickup to within boundary, whichever is cheaper.

Additional charges

• First 4 riders are free. $1 per rider for additional.
• Lift and Van requests are charged $5
• There is a $1 charge per stop.
• There is a $1 credit card cancellation fee.
• An 8% charge is added to credit card transactions.
• 6.75% sales tax will be added to all fares.
• $1 meter drop added to all fares. (After sales tax)
• $1 fuel surcharge per every 5 total fare miles. (After sales tax)
  0.1 - 5 mile fare = $2 fuel surcharge
  5.1 - 10 mile fare = $3 fuel surcharge
  10.1 - 15 mile fare = $4 fuel surcharge
  15.1 - 20 mile fare = $5 fuel surcharge
  Etc...
  

Shuttles

• Shuttle services will be charged at an hourly rate beginning at, and ending at our base location 1753 W. Prospect Rd. Ashtabula, Ohio 44004.
  Time is prorated in 15-minute intervals.
  Shuttle services will be a minimum of 3-hours, including all drive time.
  Shuttle services are not intended to be continuous driving. Excluding the drive time to and from our base location, shuttle services should not exceed an average of 35 miles for every hour booked.
  A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking, and will be deducted from the total at the end of the shuttle.
  The $50 deposit will not be deducted or refunded in the event the vehicle requires excessive cleanup as a result of the clients, or in the case of late cancellations, or no-shows.
  Cancellations / schedule changes must be made within 48 hours notice.
  Prices do not include driver gratuity
  
• SHUTTLE RATES:
  14 Passenger Bus - $100 / Hour.
  10 Passenger Van - $80 / Hour.
  Up to 4 Passenger SUV or Sedan - $55 / Hour.
